Students have access to a 60,000-square-foot professional production facility at Cinespace Studios in Chicago. The location is next door to active filming of major TV shows. Virtual production technology (the same as used in major films) is available for student projects. Professional equipment and soundstages.

Admissions
DePaul’s acceptance rate is around 70-75%, higher than many top film schools. Unlike many programs, DePaul does NOT require a portfolio. You need a high school diploma or GED and reasonable grades. This makes DePaul more accessible if you don’t have a developed portfolio yet.
